GATHERING
THE SABBATH
BIBLICAL CALENDAR
God established certain days each year that He asked His people to observe for all generations. This is what is referred to as the Biblical Calendar. The Sabbath (the last day of week), the New Moons (the beginning of each month), and the Appointed Times (Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, Pentecost, Trumpets, The Day of Atonement, and Tabernacles) are YHWH’s special days that he asks his people to remember. These days celebrate God’s plan of salvation for his people through His Son, the Messiah.
